Continue in prayer

Submit to God, resist the devil

forgive others, and forgive yourself
You must forgive others if you want God to forgive you. You can't truly be set free if you have unforgiveness in your heart. You must forgive to stop the hurt so you can be set free. Be loosed and set free today. Forgive yourself for what you are holding on to.
Matthew 6:14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
